Using the online shopping basket:

• Browse the site, and add the items that you would like to order to your basket, being careful to select the size and colour that you require where appropriate.
• If this is your first order, you will be asked to enter your contact details when placing your first item in your basket, and choose a username and password (keep a note of your username and password).
• If you change your mind about ordering an item it can be deleted from your basket before going to the checkout.
• When you are ready to place the order go to the checkout (from the shopping basket page).
• Payment is made online with your credit or debit card, or offline by cheque.

Delivery Information:

• Postage for orders over £30 is free. Orders of £30 or under incur a nominal postage charge of £2.95.
• We are unable to accept orders from outside the UK.
• Allow up to 4 days for delivery.
• You can use the 'order status' button to track the progress of your order (you will need your username and password).

Credit Card Payments:

Your credit card payments are made through the trusted WorldPay payment gateway. All payment processes are carried out directly between your browser and the WorldPay site using state of the art security tools and techniques.

Payment by Cheque:

Having placed your order online, offline payment can be made by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to "WBF Ltd", and should be sent to:

Refund Policy:

If the item we deliver is faulty, you are legally entitled to a full refund but you must report it to us within 28 days of receipt. Return the item to us intact with all packaging.

If you have received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return the goods to us and a full credit will be given subject to the following conditions:

• You notify us of your desire to cancel within seven days of receipt of the goods.
• The goods are returned within 30 days of receipt, and are in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging.
• You pay the return delivery charges, either using our collection system or by using a method of your own choosing.

Privacy Policy:

We will only contact you with details of special offers etc if you have specifically requested such information. If you wish to be removed from a list to which you have subscribed, then please e-mail us at info@wild-bird-feed.co.uk with your name and e-mail address, indicating that you wish to cease receiving such e-mail.

Your details WILL NOT be passed on to any third party.
